“My nana had spent some time at Ross as a resident. The staff was very helpful and responded to her needs. They were very motivating to get her back on track and to keep her independence. Claudine, Debby, Latoya, and Ellie worked as her CNAs. They impacted her recovery positively as they always came in smiling and gave positive energy to the situation. My family would also love to thank all the LPNs and rehab staff for helping my nana regain her strength and health. This experience was very unique as the director of nursing made an effort to visit when he could. This faculty makes an effort to their residents and creates a personalized experience as each one is special. My family and I have great gratitude towards them.”

“They are AWESOME. My mother was in a different facility and this facility is by far better. Location is not always a good judge. This rehab/nursing home within the 3 weeks my sister has been there they have helped both her and I. Starting with all the nurses who are always there to help and answer questions. To the Great Social Worker Lanny and Marie helping us transition from group home to nursing home. To the PT team that makes my sister look forward to going. The dietitian who is so good my sister is off her diabetic shot and she only needs one pill which they believe she will be off soon. The receptionists who had to help with ALL the clothes I brought to be labeled. Recreation is better then where my mother was by far, they have several activities a day and my sister loves each and every one I can’t say enough nice things about this facility. The owners even answered questions for me.
I highly recommend this facility it’s not modern but it is home and they definitely make you feel like family

“I really enjoyed my stay at Ross Center. For the past 2 years the nurses helped with my care, cleanliness, and really went above and beyond for me. I am grateful for all their help. Everyone at Ross is so kind and compassionate. You can really tell they genuinely care about the patients here. I am sad to leave the friends i have made here but I am ready to be more independent. Thank you Ross for helping me get to this point. I appreciate you all.”

“My dad came home today after being at Ross since January 4th. He is 94 and so happy to be home. He got sick around Christmas time and was in the hospital for a week.
He got very weak and was unable to come home. He went to rehab at Ross they got him strong again to be able to function almost at 100% of where he was. We are so grateful to them. My dad is saying the PT therapist, aides, nursing staff, and social workers were very good as does my mom and us kids.
You have to look beyond the small stuff and see the dedicated hard work they do and are trying to do. Blessings to all of you. Keep up the good work.”

“There are not not enough words of praise and thanks to do justice to my experience
at Ross Nursing Home and Rehab. I entered for rehab for a spiral fracture of
the femur, complicated by a later fall where I fractured the sacrum. Each day
I received OT and PT sessions which were appropriate for my physical ability
at the time. The sessions were adjusted as I became able to perform more
activities. Rehab was superb but it was the level of personal interaction by the
staff with each of the residents that was truly impressive. Their attention to detail and to ensuring that our needs were met resulted in our comfort and good spirits. The staff treats everyone as part of the family. I shall miss my Ross family but know that I leave well prepared for the future. Many thanks to everyone at Ross!”

“The PT department at Ross is very professional and a very caring department. They take you under their wing and teach you how to do all different exercises and whatever goal you have they make sure you meet that goal. Sheryl the department head in PT and all of the other physical therapists are great. I was very happy I was able to train alongside this PT team.”

“This is to thank the whole staff at Ross for making my stay there worthwhile. Physical therapists Jill, Marisa and Noreen worked tirelessly to help me regain my balance and walk, bathe and care for myself.
Nurses Monet, Diana, Cheryl and Chrissy were always there. Claudine, was always there for me. Lannie, the social worker is a caring, hard worker. Recreation with Leslie Cecelia and Kyra made the time pass without a hitch. I apologize if I left anyone out. My thanks to you all”

“From the moment my uncle was admitted into Ross, he received the utmost care and compassion from the staff. As his caretaker, I was continually informed about everything from a simple room change to team meetings with all his service providers. He was not a well man and unfortunately his health declined, however the staff at Ross were supportive and empathetic. I would trust a loved one with Ross any day. Thank you so much to Lanie, Michael, Shirley, Mora, Leslie and all the other amazing staff at Ross! You’re care for my uncle gave great relief to me as well as his family.”

In the past 5 weeks since I’ve been here, I’m going to be moving on from a wheelchair to a walker. “Wow! What a pleasant surprise to find a rehab that is shiny clean and bright with lots of windows. Everyone we met, staff and clients alike, was busy with activities and smiling. It had such a warm and homey feeling. The rehab gym was busy with lots of staff helping and talking with the clients. This will be my first choice for my family member for rehab.”

“The physical therapy at Ross in Brentwood is extremely caring with all their patients . As a patient I see the extra mile that the therapist do. I broke my leg back in January and when I got to Ross, Derby and Marissa became my family my friend my therapist. In a short time I have been able to be a whole person again. “I just wanted to express my thanks and appreciation for the wonderful treatment and care you all showed me, following my recent femur fracture injury. Before I came into this rehab, I was very nervous and doubted myself and my strength. You were all so kind and reassuring when I arrived that it took away a lot of my fear and depression. You all demonstrated total commitment into caring for me when I was helpless following my operation and gave me support and encouragement I needed to take my first steps on the road to my recovery which meant the world to me. Just you including me into your conversations, making me laugh, encouraging me to see what I could not and honestly, just listening meant the most to me. As you all know, I struggled with much more stressful situations than just my immobility. I am so grateful that I had all of you in my life to be there to console me through the hardest times. I would personally like to thank the following staff: Meggin & Luna (VID), Crystal, Yolanda, Derbyrose, Marissa, Nicole, Richard, Bambi, Blesst, Nitika, and Erica from therapy. To the aides who provided round the clock care including Lynda, Baggie, Hugette, and Claudine, Debbie and Florian. To the wonderful nurses including: Alexa and Tara and Keisha. Also, I can’t forget Nixon, Raymond (nurse in charge of the unit), Chrissy, Lisa and Macula (receptionists). To the new social worker who is so kind and helpful, Lanie. If I missed any staff I apologize but just know you were appreciated in the short time I have been in this facility. In conclusion, I arrived here to meet perfect strangers who now hold a very special place in my heart. “My aunt who raised me got into a car accident in Georgia. I flew down to be with her in the hospital but when they told us she needed rehab, I knew I would need to transfer her to Brentwood where I live. It was hard to do research while down there but everyone I spoke to spoke highly of ROSS. I called many places but Alaina from admissions was the most helpful and the finance department helped me figure out all the logistics. We been here three weeks and all I can say is I couldn’t have made a better choice! Thank you to an amazing rehab team, top notch nurses on the rehab unit and the administrator. She told me she loves how small it is and truly feels well cared for and appreciative. I would recommend Ross rehab to anyone who needs rehabilitation!”
